Dark chocolate made completely from scratch by two nerds! Timothy Childs (a former space shuttle technologist) and Louis Rossetto (co-founder of Wired magazine) started this promising chocolate company because they were obsessed. They’re currently still developing their formulas and are offering beta packs starting at $10 where you can sample the chocolate and provide your feedback to influence the final product.
